LiveBucks will make a one time payment of $250 per subscription website or program for the addition of SuperFeeds to their members' sections. "Addition" shall be defined as the placing of the SuperFeeds product within the members section so as to be seen and freely accessed by the members of the website. All amounts are in USD unless otherwise specified.

This Giveaway is open to all new and current LiveBucks webmasters. Programs or companies with more than one members' section are eligible one time only for the $250 prize. The Giveaway is valid only to LiveBucks webmasters and is void where prohibited by law.

To qualify, the webmaster must send a minimum of $100 in gross sales in the first 30 days after adding SuperFeeds to their members' section. SuperFeeds must remain in the members' sections for at least 60 days at which point the $250 will be paid. Current LiveBucks webmasters are also eligible for the $250 promotion; however they must reach the $100 gross sales amount in new client sales. " New client sales" are referred customers who have not purchased from any of the LiveBucks webmaster program products prior to the Addition of the SuperFeeds product to the webmasters members' area(s). Past client transactions will not be counted toward the sales minimum. Webmasters may use the other products available in the LiveBucks webmaster program (PrivateFeeds.com, VipCams.com, RealLiveGuys.com and LoveSexxxy.com) combined with SuperFeeds in order to reach the $100 gross sales minimum.

The Giveaway will begin at 12:00am EST January 1 st , 2008 and close at 12:00am EST April 1 st 2008. Webmasters will have until May 31 st 2008 to complete the time qualification after March 31 st , 2008.

All webmasters who meet the gross sales and time requirements shall be declared winners and will be notified via email or icq. The money will be delivered through Epassporte or standard cheque. If prize notification by all reasonable modes is returned undeliverable within 48 hours of initial notification the webmaster will forfeit his $250. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of the prize. All federal, state, provincial, local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All federal, state, provincial, local laws apply.

Participation in this promotional Giveaway constitutes entrants agreement to be bound by the official rules, terms and conditions and the decisions of LiveBucks management. The Giveaway sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be (a) violating the rules and/or terms and conditions; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of SuperFeeds.com; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the promotional sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

The promotional sponsor, its directors, employees or agents assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies or any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur (including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non transmission of an entry). The promotional sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotional Giveaway. The promotional sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communications line failure of entries. The promotional sponsor is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. The promotional sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the promotion can not be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the promotional sponsor such as computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or corruption of the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or SuperFeeds.com.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, certain names, words or titles, drawings, graphics, illustrations, slogans, expressions and representations are owned by the promotional sponsor and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorised copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

The promotional sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Giveaway in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the promotion and/or the promotion's rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

These are the official terms and conditions of the promotional Giveaway. The promotion is subject to federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial or municipal law or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the promotional sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the rules, terms and conditions or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and LiveBucks management in connection with this Giveaway shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Giveaway terms and conditions and disclosures of other statements contained in any promotional related material, including but not limited to the Giveaway mode of entry, point of sale or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Giveaway shall prevail, govern and control.
